How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Create and manage your account
- Enable team management and player coordination
- Facilitate communication between coaches and players
- Track event attendance and RSVPs
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
- Ensure the security of our services
Information Sharing Within Teams
When you join a team, certain information is shared with other team members:
- Coaches can see: Player names, contact information, attendance records, RSVPs, and messages
- Players can see: Team roster (names), schedules, announcements, and team channel messages
- Attendance and RSVP data is visible to coaches for team management purposes
Your profile information is only visible to members of teams you join.
Third-Party Services
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, database, and storage services
- For Legal Reasons: When required by law or to protect our rights
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly agree to share information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage and International Transfer
Your data is stored securely using Firebase/Google Cloud infrastructure. These services may process and store your data in data centers located outside of your country of residence, including in the United States.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to these facilities. We ensure that any international transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication through Firebase
- Access controls limiting who can view your data
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Team data: Retained while you are a member of the team; removed when you leave or the team is deleted
- Messages: Retained as part of conversation history until the conversation or team is deleted
Upon account deletion, your login credentials and profile are immediately removed. However, certain data is retained to preserve the integrity of team records:
- Players: Your name and email address may be retained in team roster and attendance records so coaches can maintain accurate historical records. Sensitive information (phone number, date of birth, profile photo) is deleted immediately upon account deletion. You may contact us to request full removal of your name and email from these records.
- Coaches: Team records, event history, attendance logs, and messages are preserved for players who remain on the team after a coach deletes their account.
To request complete removal of your data from all records, contact us at support@krida.us and we will process your request within 30 days.
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information through your profile settings
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Leave teams: Remove yourself from any team at any time

Children's Privacy
The App may be used by minors as part of sports teams. We require parental or guardian consent for users under 13 years of age.
Parents or guardians can:
- Review their child's personal information
- Request correction or deletion of their child's data
